The range of annealing for the heat treatment of Monel 400 is between temperatures of 1300 to 1800 °F. Albeit, the most typical temperature range at which the heat treatment of Monel 400 can be carried out is between 1600 to 1800 °F. The Tensile Strength (annealed) of Monel 400 is 75-90 ksi (517-620 MPa). The Yield Strength of Monel 400 is 25-50 ksi (172-345 MPa). Monel 400 Modulus of Elasticity is 26000 ksi (179 GPa).
